There are many more reasons to be excited for Spring than just the warmer weather. As a matter of fact, we can thank this season for bringing us an abundance of fresh fruit and veggies and accompanying delicious dishes to go along with it.
One of the latest and greatest crazes we’re going batty over are “zoodles”. Zoodles translate to zucchini noodles and are essentially spiralized summer squash made to look like your favorite ribbons of pasta.
Thanks to “bikini season” we’re all trying to lighten up at mealtime without having to give up delicious flavor and satisfaction. That is where zoodles can come in and really step up dinner time (or even lunch!). All you will need is a spiralizer or julienne peeler and a great recipe.
One of our favorite ways to prepare zoodles are by tossing them in a creamy avocado, lemon and olive oil dressing and topped with our favorite protein. For more ideas, take a look at the playlist above!
