The sun is out, beaches are open, and ice cream trucks are circling neighborhoods everywhere. Summer has made its official arrival. You want to stay active, but your usual runs have become more difficult in the summer heat.  Little did you know that staying active without the monotony of the gym has never been so easy. Summer allows for a plethora of fun and physically challenging activities that will get you moving outdoors. You’ll be having so much fun, you won’t even realize you’re working out.

Get in some great cardio, not to mention a solid arm and shoulder workout! If you can stand on the board for the entirety of the wave, you’re engaging your core and legs, too. Not only are you building muscle, but you’re working on your balance and stability.
