Realize that any struggle you are facing is only a mind game. Telling yourself you can’t, you can’t, you can’t will manifest itself negatively in your life. If you’re on the treadmill and keep thinking about how horrendous you feel, chances are your body will give out sooner than it really needs to. If you’re constantly putting yourself down, people will only see that dejected spirit, not the light and joy that you really are.
