While you might think that celebrity chefs are constantly eating all their favorite yummy foods, the truth of the matter is that many of them focus on health and fresh ingredients the majority of the time.

As we all know, there’s nothing wrong with treating yourself to yummy foods and fun dinners. That is, as long as you maintain a healthy diet at least 80% of the time.

Celebrity chef Martin Yan – a Hong-Kong American cook and food writer who hosts award-winning PBS-TV cooking show Yan Can Cook – gives us a peak into his fridge and guess what? It’s filled with veggies! With everything from jicama to greens, this chef has an envy-worthy fridge that would make any healthy foodie green with envy.
