While it’s been found that the cabin of airplanes actually have more air circulation than most office buildings, that doesn’t mean you’re immune from germs. Airports (and truck stops, yuck!) are a hub for bacteria, so pack a little bottle of antibacterial gel to use on your journey. It also doesn’t hurt to have a container of wet wipes to wipe down your arm rests and use instead of touching bathroom fixtures. For an extra boost to your immune system, take some vitamin C up to a few days before your flight.
