Why: You might not  have expected chocolate to make the list, but we’re happy to report that dark chocolate contains flavonoids that help reduce blood pressure.

How: Milk chocolate simply will not do. Make sure to chose a chocolate bar that is of at least 70% or more cocoa content. In addition, don’t inhale the whole bar in one sitting. Limit to a couple of squares a day.
