Why: Berries – besides just being nature’s candy – are filled with antioxidants, fiber, carotenoids, flavonoids, and much much more. These tiny berries pack a whole lot of punch.

How: Any berry will do, but blueberries in particular are the standout. Have a bowl for a snack, sprinkle on top of oatmeal or  yogurt, or blend in your smoothies.
