It seems almost like natural instinct to brew a cup of coffee as soon as we wake up in the morning. 1. Improvement in Cognitive Thinking and Alzheimer’s Prevention

According to a new study out of Finland, drinking coffee is associated with improvements in cognitive function. The study, which also tested tea drinkers, states that drinking 3-5 cups of coffee a day mid-life actually decreased the onset of Alzheimer’s and dementia by 65%.
