It would seem like we are getting out the other end of this dreadful winter barely in tact. If you’ve been able to hit the gym every single day you’ve wanted to in the past couple of months (especially), we applaud you, but we cannot deny that the gloomy skies and subzero wind chill have been less than motivating for us to get our sweat on
That being said, March is right around the corner and with March comes the warmer weather. While we are endlessly excited, there is no doubt that there are a few things we have to do before we can shed those layers – mostly consisting of eating better and getting in more days of cardiovascular work.

1. Drink More Water
When it comes to water, we think the more, the better. Shoot for 2-3 liters a day depending on your activity levels. Water helps flush out toxins from your system, as well as helps you digest what you’ve eaten that day. This keeps your tummy slim and trim.
